The First step in our Prospecting process is an automated voicemail & email blast goes out to a targeted list of HVAC companies

Step 2.

Wait For A Response

Next, we will wait for a response from those companies. They will most likely be calling back after the voicemail drop hits their phone lines. Second, an email response. 

Step 3.

Outbound Clients and use script

Outbound to list of clients and get them set up for a demo

Step 4.

Perform demo

Use the Sales Presentation book and present the Service Hero Academy to the Service Manager/Operations Manager/Owner

How It works

  • Include a deadline date, plan ahead to allow us to schedule effectively
  • Select the template layout you wish to use (sports and image branding will be changed accordingly)
  • Please check your content for accuracy
  • List features and content you wish to be included per the template example you choose

Once received by HQ, your request will be scheduled based on the date/time of submission.

Draft copy will be sent for proof. Each request includes two rounds of revisions. If more revisions are required we cannot guarantee turnaround time.

Final print ready versions will be sent to you.

  • Incomplete forms will be returned and you will be required to re-submit your request form. You will also lose your place in the priority order.

Turnaround Timeline

Standard Template Request – minimum 72 hours (3 working days)*

Custom Requests – TBD on an individual project basis – you will be notified of expected turnaround time.

*Times are guidelines, business needs may require a change in priorities. 72hrs excluding weekends and holidays, and without the need to gather further information or revisions.
